  • Work frequently with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electric systems to complete knowledgeable inspections and skilled repairs.
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists as assigned by manager on various property and building equipment to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures if needed and perform repairs on equipment to minimize downtime
  • Problem solve maintenance requests to order components and parts and perform any needed tests after repair, replacement or maintenance.
  • Remove outdoor debris and trash and place into receptacles to properly maintain grounds.

  • Train junior maintenance professionals on correct repair and resident service procedures.
  • Finalize work on on apartments and clubhouse by completing basic carpentry, drywall, water intrusion remediation and other finish work.
  • Quickly respond to internal service calls during and after business hours regarding malfunctioning equipment and complete repairs.
  • Assess operating conditions for pool maintenance and adjust as needed to maximize performance and associated equipment longevity.
