  • February 2017 started out as lead cake decorator for the downtown location
  • Tasks included filling out inventory sheets, maintaining proper food safety handling procedures, proper food dating, fulfilling custom special orders, maintaining full cake display as well as producing frozen backstock
  • March 2018 was promoted to Bakery order writer
  • Tasks included but not limited to maintaining order guides, purchasing equipment and product for the department, receiving and organization, creating and maintaining inventory sheets
  • Was a crucial team member of the first Bakery team in the Pacific Northwest Whole Foods to become Store Process certified
  • January 2020 promoted to Bakery Associate team leader of the Hollywood Location
  • Helped lead the team to become the second location in PN to become Store Process certified
  • In this role I mastered roles of making production log sheets for all venues, producing schedules and e-posting them, successfully interviewing and hiring processes, counting inventory monthly, conducting yearly job dialogues and performance reviews, deep diving into previous year's sales and shrink to predict sales for upcoming holidays
  • January 2022 promoted to Bakery Team Leader of the Tigard location
