Fulfilled role of Director as needed for the following departments: Project Management, THPO, Transit, Facilities, Motor pool, and Housekeeping.

Responsible for each employee of these programs, as well as their budgets and daily operations.

Making sure the departments stayed in compliance and up to date with any and all tribal standards.

Overseeing and analyzing the financial parameters and inventory needs of each department.

• Oversight and directive on the construction projects daily for the Project Management Department.
• Made sure all aspects of construction were up to code and completed in a timely manner, inside of the given budget. decisions were made in the field to stay on track
• Made sure all work taking place was in compliance with the needs of the Tribe, with building code, and fire code.

• Brought tribal homes up to ADA standards for the handicapped and elderly individuals.
• Completed many home improvements with new roofs, windows, floors, etc., as well as daily maintenance needs.

• Both new construction and remodel work that was needed for the tribal departments.
• Gained on-the-job experience that led to me being proficient in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as operating heavy equipment.
