As a sales manager I was responsible for growing the store by setting up a strategy meeting with all of the sales associates, which included, sales calls to potential clients, outside marketing, after work activities with sponsorship among several other sales strategies.
As an account manager I was responsible for making good business decisions to ensure the company collected the projected percentage of money each month. I was responsible for speaking with clients and ensuring payments were received by cash payments, checks, as well as keeping up with our computer software that keeps up with all card transactions.
In the time I was in accounts my store received best accounts team in the region for 2 years and best of the best in the company 2 times.
Responsible for delivering and setting up merchandise for clients and troubleshooting any problems the client might encounter, also responsible for cleaning and maintaining any returned merchandise.
I received perfect driving award all 4 years of product technician and received top technician 2 of the 4 years.
I started from the bottom of the business as a delivery driver for around 4 years and worked my way through every position, I was a successful accounts manager for 5 years, always hitting my goal and closing and collecting above average. I was also a successful sales manager for 3 years, hitting and exceeding my goals, once I became a General Manager I ensured my team hit the desired goals to be successful, managing both sides of the business mixed with cost efficient goals.
