-Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment related to water, waste water treatment facilities, and lift stations with safety as number 1 priority.

-Run conduit of all sizes ranging from 1/2'' up to 4'' PVC, EMT, RMC.

-Work closely and teach new hires how to properly and safely work with voltages ranging between 24VDC-480VAC. Work with and teach new hires proper LOTO procedures, meg motors, troubleshoot MCC systems, test/replace floats, remove and install submersible pumps, splitcase pumps, and vertical turbines using various overhead cranes.

-Troubleshoot and replace a wide variety of different styles of VFDs, soft starts, motor starters, fuses, relays.

-schedule and coordinate daily projects for the pump and motor technicians.

-schedule and coordinate projects with contractors regarding plant expansions, generator systems, crane trucks, and fleet vehicles as necessary to maintain 24/7 reliability.

-Work with vendors to keep materials and PPE stocked and available for emergency repairs.

-Request and organize bids for new equipment such as submersible pumps, slpitcase pumps, CLA-VALs, VFDs, soft starts, and any other materials exceeding $3000.

-Organize on-call rotation schedules and perform annual performance reviews for the pump and motor department.
