I have strong mechanical aptitude and organizational ability, I streamlined maintenance processes at Claude Howard Lumber, enhancing equipment reliability and reducing repair costs. My proactive approach to preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting, coupled with effective vendor coordination and a service-oriented mindset, significantly improved operational efficiency and reliability. During my employment at CNH America, I acquired communication and much mechanical knowledge as well as mig welding skills for 3 of the years. I became a universal assembler. It was my job to know both sides of all 10 stations in the event that somebody was not present or needed instruction. There, I was able to demonstrate dependability. I also performed torque audits for the tooling on the assembly line. I would build service parts on the weekends. I can’t leave out my brief career as a landscape worker because I enjoyed building the close customer relationships and sharpening my social and communication skills.
