1. Served a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 2 years during COVID-19 in South Carolina, Georgia and Argentina. I learned the Spanish language in 6 months by rigorus studying and talking with the natives. I currently use spanish everyday at work.

2. Collaborated with team of 20 in the development of a concrete slab on a military base.

3. Conflict Resolution - Responsible for handling customer account inquiries, accurately providing information to ensure resolution of product/service complaints and customer satisfaction.
