I am currently working part-time as a Cashier Lead at Academy Sports + Outdoors while pursuing my degree in Computer Science. In my role, I’ve developed strong leadership skills by guiding team members and maintaining smooth daily operations, learned to overcome challenges in real time, and strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, think critically under pressure, and adjust on the fly in fast-paced environments. I’ve consistently taken initiative when issues arise, supported team performance during high-volume periods, and maintained a focus on efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction.
