Assists the Store Manager of any needs for the store. Set schedules and delegated assignments based on team strengths to optimize floor coverage and service levels. Conducted analysis to address productivity and improve employee morale.

Not only providing the same attribute as a barista, but becoming a leader while the Store Manager is absent. A shift is responsible for handling money correctly and overall making sure that the store is running smoothly.

Represented as a member of Student Legislature in the State of North Carolina through the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Through this internship I would help represent the North Carolina colleges by helping the Congressmen and Congresswomen with ideas and visuals that are needed in the this state. Would help create resolutions which then would be vote on to be represented in Congress to become a bill and potentially into a law.

To give college students the opportunity to experience ministry in a real life setting. Pitts Baptist Church provides an experience in this area over a ten-week period during the summer break. Helped with the Preschool and Children's Director to help with their needs to have a successful summer with the kids. Teaching a lot kids about stories in a Bible, and planning out fun activities for the children to enjoy their summer.
