As the Assistant Front Office Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, motivating and teaching guest service agents, and providing high levels of customer service. As the evening MOD my responsibilities included resolving all guest and employee issues, and assisting other departments as needed.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, I was responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout our guest rooms. I oversaw the daily operations of our housekeepers by ensuring they met brand standards, worked at productivity, and had the necessary tools to fulfill their responsibilities.

Delivered exceptional dining experience to Club members and guest. Helped the Club prepare for and host the 2016 U.S. Senior Open. Scioto Country Club is recognized as a Platinum Club and ranks in the Top 50 of America's Greatest Golf Courses by Golf Digest.
