I train and read procedures on a daily basis and lead by example with an unmatched work ethic. I practice and encourage a strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety and procedure usage. My experience provides a strong demonstration of troubleshooting, understanding of process operations, and usage of procedure to perform tasks.
My career goals are to improve my skills on a daily basis and to teach others process technology, safety, and work-ethic. My intensions are to progress my career into a leadership role and to succeed my Father's career with The Dow Chemical Company with honor and do whatever necessary to continue making this the best chemical company to be employed for!
