While working towards my degree, in accordance with the criteria established by Monroe Community College, I have been awarded a certificate for attaining a grade point average indicating superior academic achievement. I started as a low-end employee in a small business entering a flooded market. Over time I helped to create, develop, and execute various structural changes, and promotional strategies that led to the successful business that it is today. I’ve gotten to grow with, and learn from, a well-structured company that has maintained stability and success in a highly volatile market. Working my way up through the company, and watching it transform over the years, has given me unique insight, and a great appreciation for the many skills and qualities required for fluidity on all levels.
