Managed production overseeing 5 production departments over 3 shifts operating 7 days/week. Company expanded 4x in my 12+years. Half management after 6 years production and production lead.

Hired as machine operator third shift. Transferred to first shift after 9 months. One year later became horizontal mill lead.
