Responsibility's - Processing raw materials such as dirt, create pure organic compost, managing mulch and decorative rocks to create a new sellable product to sell.

• Understanding and preforming proper heavy and light equipment services and maintenance ( wheel loaders, haul trucks, excavators, mcCloskey trommels, dump trucks, and forklifts)
• Loading customers, loading rock pallets, proper shop maintenance, making sure we have a neat work environment, screening topsoil, garden soil, and compost, covering piles of products with 150ft tarps,

Responsibility's - taking responsibility at new and old job site to install fireplaces.
