- In charge of continuous improvements of the furnace for the Continuous Galvanizing Line #2. (CGL2).
- It is my responsibility to ensure the furnace runs to its peak performance. Both efficiently and effectively.
- Continuously monitoring the furnace for ways to improve the speed of the furnace coming up from a cold start to help eliminate scrap.
- In charge of writing PM's and calibrating instruments as needed.
- In charge of writing procedures in case of a fault so that shift electricians know how to bring the furnace up when I am not there.
- Work Schedule is Monday-Friday 7-5.

- I was the Vice President for Blackmon Industrial Electric Services.
- My key role was to find work within the Southeast Missouri region. As well as find the best electricians in the area to complete the work.
- Another Major role of mine was to take care of any and all needs of Magnitude 7 Metals as they was my main customer. I managed at one point 24 employees at the smelter most of which being industrial electrical technicians and the others being journeyman electricians.
- I handled roughly 95% of call-ins for the smelter which resulted in me working 600+ hours of overtime in 2021 and 2022.
- I handled most of the PLC downtime and overhead crane work.

- Manged 9 Day Shift Electricians and moved them around to best modify the area needs.
- manged projects to continuously improve the 3 areas i was responsible for.
- Started the facility as a Shift Electrician.
- As a shift electrician we ran 2 electricians for the facility on nights an weekends. We were responsible for keeping the lines running and minimizing downtime.
- Familiar with AB5, SLC500, and AB5000 Rockwell Automation Software.
- When switching roles into becoming supervisor/technician i began taking alot of call ins for the facility.
