• Maintenance all county roads
• Make sure our county roads meet state/county standards

• Load the 4 thousand pound rolls of paper to the line to keep production going.
• Read the list of products that needed to be produced in a timely manner.
• Created new safety protocols for our lockout tag out. And made sure they was efficient incase of an emergency.
• I was the head of our training team I sat in on interviews for potential new hires and made a new hire handbook. I personally assigned the new hires to the trainers I felt was best fit for the job.
• I would follow up with their training everyday 2 days. And make sure things was being taught correctly and safe.
• When I took over my crew we was in the low 70%. It took me less then a month to effectively reach 98%

This was a Exotic car Rental & Detail shop. I started the business in Jan and within the short time I owned the company I grew to 25 employees. And a fleet of 8 vehicles we grew really fast. With hard work and dedication I focused on my employees because without them I had no business. The success is part of keeping a good work morale and being personable while still being professional. I sold my business to a local company in Wichita ks.
