-Instructed student officers during field exercises, live-fire exercises, discussion groups, tactical decision games, and sand table exercises and provided feedback on student performance to Staff Platoon Commanders.

-Assisted the Section Head to develop and manage training operations, curriculum, and tactics. To include all coordination required for the execution of field training and live fire events.

-Served as officer in charge for field exercises and live fire events.

-Led the development, review, and documentation of assigned course's curriculum in accordance with Training Command policy for formal schools' management.

-Served as the officer-in-charge and primary subject matter expert for specialty course within the Infantry Officer Course (IOC) program of instruction (POI).

-Served as a mentor to assigned students; provided evaluations and feedback to students and the class advisor, as well as remediation opportunities for students.

-Developed a platoon of 49 Marines in tactics and leadership through personal instruction, counseling, and mentorship.

-Trained the platoon for combat operations through rigorous, standards based training.
