Zachary Hernandez

During my Junior & senior year of highSchool half of my classes were spent at the Cascadia Tech Academy where I took 2 year's of Information Technology classes, the second of which only select students were accepted into based on their performance the first year. The first year was focused on simple troubleshooting, understanding how computer's work & how to fix them. The second year was more advanced focusing on certifications from both Microsoft & CompTIA, building & maintaining a server. I took classes at my local community college my senior year while at the Tech Academy. After graduating I began College full time while working at Lumen, processing employee documents to input into SAP. I began Carahsoft in 2022 in attempt for an IT job but landed on the renewals team. Since working there I have built & processed hundred's of quote's, spoke to hundred's of customers & worked closely with the ISR Team over at Gitlab. I was apart of a new white label program that began last year in which 2 reps of Carahsoft also worked under Gitlab & exclusively provided pricing me pricing for requests 15k & under.
