Help and manage production floor. Made sure lines were running consistently and efficiently. Also helped operators troubleshoot and get lines saving quality sheet.

I was in charge of set up like roll changes and lip sets. Also assisted in other major set ups like desplits and screw pulls.

When short staff or in other situations I also ran the lines.

Before being an assistant foreman I was an operator for over 7 years.

In between working for spartech I did leave and work for Bfgoodrich as a forklift operator for 9 months. Business went slow so I came back to spartech. My job description at bfgoodrich was to move tires from a painter to the tire press. I had to make efficient timing to ensure that tires got to the presses in an acceptable time.
