- Electrical maintainer service all electrical break downs covering Melt shop, ladle isle and bottom pour. Other daily assignments are to complete all pms assigned by supervisors report and correct any issues.
- Determine the cause of failures to systems and equipment and make repairs. Log all repairs that where needed to complete jobs along with reporting any repairs that are temporary and need more attention when given time.
- Daily work PM Cranes checking for any failing or potential failing parts ( loose wiring, worn or broken contacts, checking brake adjustments pad/puck conditions. checking for any crack's or breaks on resistors, making sure resistors are clear off any debris laying across.
- Daily shift checks bottom pour, ladle isle, furnace refiners, bag house and substation. check with operators for any issue with equipment they have noticed, check water flows and temperatures, check bag house for cleaning cycle, pressures and check for any dust releasing from compartments.
