• Currently serving as interim General Manager, leading both golf operations and course maintenance during Oak Creek’s redevelopment.
• Serve as a key leader throughout the transition, ensuring course quality, staff retention, and member satisfaction.
• Direct full-scope budget planning, financial oversight, contract negotiations, and vendor relations.
• Lead performance management processes including employee reviews, training, and scheduling, fostering accountability and growth.

• Oversee all golf course maintenance and agronomic operations for a premier daily-fee facility.
• Design and execute comprehensive agronomic programs (fertility, pesticide, PGRs, and cultural practices) across Poa annua greens and Bermudagrass playing surfaces.
• Achieved significant improvements in course conditioning, including the eradication of invasive species, reduction of organic matter in greens, and sustained turf health under high-pressure conditions.
• Completed The Irvine Company's nine-month Early Career Leadership (ECL) program, focused on professional growth, strategic decision making, and cross-departmental leadership.

The primary tasks that I perform here include:

• Served as interim Golf Course Superintendent through rehiring process.
• Hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Payroll and invoice coding.
• Prioritize capital equipment purchases.
• Conducted and organized daily meetings and safety training for employees.
• Set up nightly golf course irrigation to optimize playing surfaces.
• Diagnose pump station issues.
• Formulated a rotating pre and post emergent herbicide strategy to effectively eradicate Poa Annua and Kikuyu grasses from Bermuda collars and tees.

The primary tasks that I performed here include:

• Supervise and train employees on equipment and golf course maintenance procedures.
• Calibrate, calculate, mix, and apply pesticides and fertilizers.
• Create a daily schedule and assign job tasks to employees.
• Order chemical supplies and submit chemical usage reports to the state of California.

In addition to the duties listed above I assisted with the full reconstruction and grow-in of an 18-hole golf course complete with a par three driving range, and multiple practice facilities. I was personally responsible for seeding 57 acres of Kikuyu Grass tees and fairways, 39 acres of native grasses, and 9 acres of Bentgrass greens and surrounds.

The primary tasks the I performed here included:

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and rough areas.
• Landscape maintenance.
• Application of pesticides and fertilizers.
• Arranged pins and tee markers for daily and tournament play.
• Irrigation of greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas.

In addition to the duties listed above I was directly involved in the reconstruction and grow-in of two Bentgrass nursery greens, the reconstruction of a practice facility complete with three Bentgrass putting greens, and the conversion of Rye Grass rough to Bermuda grass rough.

In addition to all duties listed above I have a vast amount of experience in:

• Aeration of greens, tees, rough, and fairways.
• Verticutting.
• Topdressing practices.
• Eradicating unwanted turf grass species and weeds.
