• Zach continues to work as a CEI Inspector with milling and resurfacing experience during paving operations, including paving, subgrade and base placement, lane closure inspection, and documenting all information in his daily report
• Zach also has worked on installation of drainage pipes and structures, embankment, performing density testing & recording in log books.

• Monitor the Contractor's on-site Maintenance or Permit activities and inspect materials entering into the work in accordance with the work documents, plans, specifications, and special provisions for the Maintenance Contract to determine that the projects are constructed in reasonable conformity with such documents
• Monitor and inspect Contractor's Work Zone Traffic Control Plan and review modifications to the Work Zone Traffic Control Plan, including Alternate Work Zone Traffic Control Plan, in accordance with the Department's procedures
• Maintain detailed accurate records of the Contractor's daily operations and of significant events that affect the work and liaison between contractor and contracts coordinator (FDOT) to ensure controlled work.

• The project involves widening of the existing 4-lane I-95 to a 6-lane interstate highway from north of SR 44 to north of US 92 for approximately 13 miles
• The southern project limit shall provide six lanes to tie into the on-going project to the south
• The project work includes reconstruction of the systems interchange with I-4, I-95, and US 92
• It also includes a safety improvement on the southbound exit ramp to SR 44
• Work includes pavement widening, drainage systems improvements, bridge widening, bridge replacement, retaining walls, highway lighting, ITS modifications, median barriers, signing and pavement markings, signalization, and milling and resurfacing
• The roadway work also includes construction of acceleration and deceleration lanes that meets the FDOT requirements for parallel type ramps at all ramp locations
• Structural works include removal and replacement of all 20 existing structures on I-95 at Spruce Creek, SR 421, the interchanges at I-4 and US 92, and foundations for cantilever signs or overhead sign trusses.

• Responsible for inspection and reporting of multiple maintenance contracts for District 1 Bartow Operations
• Contracts consisted of striping, mowing, miscellaneous concrete, sidewalk, tree trimming, shoulder work, mechanical sweeping, and guardrail
• Performed various duties including identification, inspection and gathering quantities for future work documents.

• Responsible for inspection and reporting of multiple maintenance contracts for District 1 Manatee Operations
• Contracts consisted of striping, mowing, miscellaneous concrete, sidewalk, tree trimming, shoulder work, mechanical sweeping, and guardrail
• Performed various duties including identification, inspection and gathering quantities for future work documents.

• Responsible for identifying maintenance work needs by inspection of sidewalk for compliance with the Maintenance Rating Program and applicable Department Specifications, and reporting deficiencies to be included on future sidewalk repair projects
• This was a specific assignment for Fowler Avenue, and was successfully completed.

I work as a CEI Inspector on a diverting diamond project on I-75 at Clark Rd. my responsibilites change but subgrade and base placement, lane closure inspection, and documenting all information in his daily report

I also has worked on installation of drainage pipes and structures, embankment, performing density testing & recording in log books.

I also cover ed concrete testing and sampling along with auger cast piles.

• Training with various Jacobs Maintenance Inspection staff on a variety of FDOT projects to acquire knowledge and skills in various aspects of maintenance inspections
• In addition, provided inspection assistance for District 7 emergency sinkhole repairs.
