• Respond to sales teams and customers requests with the promised SLA
• Ensure customers receive the most recent and approved software and hardware.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule machine equipment, signs, and merchandizing
• Work with logistics team to receive shipping quotes, as well as schedule pickup and delivery times of product
• Load and present for weekly meetings with sales, logistics, and service teams to confirm the state of current and open orders, and provide report
• Coordinate with Compliance Team to ensure any required notifications are made accurately and within the required time frames
• Attend weekly and monthly product meetings to stay knowledgeable and current on new products and promotions
• Confirm Service Teams are aware of all upcoming delivery dates for scheduling of installations
• Work with Legal Team to ensure sales contracts and customer agreements are provided when needed, as well as confirming accurate legal language of payment terms
