Original Level 1.1 (July 2022 - January 2023)

PRE-MARRIAGE B

• Learned how to do 3 stations (80FR, 70RR, 80RR) under cycle time
• Got familiar with different tools on different stations
• Started to see how to use MOS
• Went on a 4-month personal leave
• Had just returned back to work just before new year

Remained Original Level 1.1 (January 2023 - July 2023)

PRE-MARRIAGE B

• Got moved around different shops to support (Learned 270FR, 270RR, 130RR)
• Only learned 4 more stations (50LEFT, 60RR, 60FR, 70LEFT) due to low man power issues
• Watched how in-line repairs are done
• Started being more involved on how to give myself shots through screen
• Able to help team by double processing if short on man power or due to bathroom breaks
• Constantly learning from leads in other areas besides stations

Original Level 1.2 (July 2023 - December 2023)

PRE-MARRIAGE B

• Learned 6 stations (50RR, 50RIGHT, 50FR, 60RIGHT, 60LEFT, 70FR)
• Learned how to escalate downtime
• Learned how to do in-line repairs on the daily (fix bent pins, swap brake boosters, swap out bad brake pedals, swap out broken VCs, swap out scratched charge port doors, escalate NCs, escalate bad genealogy labels, swap bad trunk latches, etc.)
• Gained trust from all leads and supervisor to use impact tools for repairs
• Able to navigate HMI
• Able to double or triple process if team needed due to short man power or bathroom breaks
• Able to escalate defective parts
• Able to use radio to call for maintenance/tool technicians
• Learned how to help line running by fixing problems of car not moving forward or not raising by using HMI
• Recognized during start of shift meetings for hard work
• Able to escalate broken connections to 12volt technicians
• Moved to Post Marriage A

POST-MARRIAGE A

• Learned all 9 stations (250FR, 260RR, 260RIGHT, 260LEFT, 260FR, 270RR, 270RIGHT, 270LEFT, 270FR) with the new updated processes all under cycle time
• Collaborated with team members to achieve daily goals and objectives.
• Added to rear fascia teams chat in case an escalation is needed
• Moved to Marriage B after company reconfiguration in April
• Learned FEM area (248INSTALL, 248SHOTS, both sides of table build, bumper beam build, parts guy)

• Attended company safety meetings to maintain knowledge of new and important information
• Picked products from designated locations using various tools and transferred to appropriate areas for further processing
• Demonstrated great teamwork skills with staff members involved in production and transport
• Worked successfully with diverse group of coworkers to accomplish goals and address issues related to our products and services
• Demonstrated leadership by making improvements to work processes and helping to train others
• Operated Electric Pallet Jack on daily basis to fulfill orders and unload trailers.
