Assist owner with any special projects as needed.  General plumbing, general handyman services, labor and remodeling projects.

Responsible for day to day repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and property. Skills in welding, irrigation, fencing, carpentry, operate agricultural heavy equipment and livestock transport.  Any and all duties as assigned. Key accomplishments:

• Built 400 sf second story addition to the tack room.
• Built a full deck off owner's residence
• Built out a custom 150 sf closet in owner's residence
• Full rework of intricate irrigation system on over 600 acres
• Repair and maintenance of dam system in irrigation ponds
• Maintained safety when using equipment and tools by following established precautions.

Integral part of a core team to finalize production of high end custom signage. Key responsibilities:

• Attention to detail, ability to work under firm deadlines and pressure.
• Cut metal, vinyl, aluminum, wood components to required lengths using various tools, including metal shears, circular saws, hacksaws, table and panel saws.
• Assist in custom installation projects at large commercial properties.
• Inspect projects, identify issues and implement corrective measures.
• Produce high quality finished printed material in timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and operate ZUND digital cutter for maximum efficiency and production.
• Log, traffic and update project inventory.
