- For the past 10 months I have been the Interim Maintenance Supervisor for the Maintenance department. I assign tasks to mechanics and electricians to meet the needs of the facility, fluent with SAP program (enter information specific to equipment, personnel, locate parts). I've worked closely with contractors, scheduling manpower and equipment to maintain the facility. I work closely with the building managers to meet their needs for production requirements. I think most importantly none of my men have been injured during my time, we have daily safety meetings in which I emphasize safety.
