Over the course of my professional career I have developed an extensive background of operations, warehouse and administrative experience with emphasis on team leadership both in a corporate office and on the warehouse floor. Developing my skills in every part of the logistics process from receiving to shipping as well as, inventory management, Quality control and trailer and yard management. I utilized my experience and became a Subject Matter Expert in each of these functions. In doing so, I contributed substantial improvements in the forms of new standard operating procedures, productivity increases, developing new data tracking tools and establishing new training methods.
