As a recess supervisor, my top priority is safety. I monitor playground activities to prevent accidents and quickly address any unsafe behavior. I promote positive play to ensure all children are engaged and foster teamwork. I calmly handle conflicts and ensure rules are followed. I am prepared to provide first aid and adapt activities based on weather conditions as needed. By encouraging physical activity, I support children's growth, and I keep communication open by reporting concerns or incidents to teachers and administrators. Additionally, I regularly check playground equipment for damage and report any issues for repair.

As a summer camp counselor, I create a fun and engaging environment where children can learn and enjoy a variety of creative activities.
