  • Under the direct supervision of the City of Inkster Mayor. Oversee the development and implementation of personnel policies as well as participate in labor negotiations, administer collective bargaining agreements, and responsible for the City's risk management activities. Counsel and coordinate development initiatives with the City's executive board, city council, and subordinates, develop performance standards and evaluate the performance of all city employees including contracted agency members.

Plans and administers all labor relations activities. Responsible for the overall administration of the City's benefit program. Created and directed the annual Open Enrollment Conference with City officials, benefit speakers, program administrators, and sponsorships to provide an informational and unique event regarding annual benefit renewal packages for employees.
