A leading advocate for the human resources field and educator known for exemplary team-building and project oversight skills. Gifted with interpersonal engagement amongst diverse staff, executives, and business partners; able to adapt to various demands and needs, articulating them accurately and pursuing effective implementation. First responder to engage in strong collaborative relationships and a guide towards cooperative results; a mediator amongst opposing parties in negotiations, grievances of staff and executives, etc. Additionally, years of educational and professional work experience inspired justice, equality, and equity as the driving forces and purpose in many endeavors since being the eldest daughter of refugees forced to flee from war to survive. Thus, I've dedicated 15+ years and ongoing towards humanitarian efforts, which sparked a deep devotion to human resources and its accomplishment in the workplace. I've been a board member for various humanitarian organizations. Honorable non-profit organizational mentions include ACCESS ACTS, Humans4Humanity, Orphan Relief, Eternal Light, and The American Medical Student Association. I've directly contributed as a volunteer to raise 52 tons of humanitarian aid. As well as participating in local, national, and international relief efforts as a volunteer in fulfilling organizational missions on the ground.
