• Utilizes calibrated and non-calibrated hand tools and equipment to perform assembly builds. Uses
manufacturing aids, fixtures, and cranes. Accountable for labeling activities and workstation
organization.
• Assist technicians to troubleshoot issues in functional testing and train associates in mechanical
and structural assembly for products and instruments
• Reads, understands, and interprets Visual Manufacturing Instructions (VMI), follows production
drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be
performed
· Provides technical support to students and staff in an academic environment.
· Administers troubleshooting on desktop system software, hardware, and networks.
· Uses internal criteria to determine the level of help desk support needed for resolution and, when
necessary, create escalation tickets.
· Diagnosis and resolves end-user issues with printers, PC hardware, email configuration internet, and
local area access.
· Provides self-help tutorials and assists students in locating and navigating published self-help tools.
· Configures desktops, laptops, PDA’s and other devices and removes access for resignations.
· Accurately executed filing and record-keeping data entry into sophisticated system.
· Navigates complex student management system to manage attendance and arrange appointments for
testing.
