Summary

I am a very hard-working individual and pride myself on my work ethic. Anything I do I always give it my best effort. Every day when I come into work, I strive to be better, learn more, and continue to grow. I have worked many different jobs from being a counselor, to being a line cook, coaching, and now being a Supervision Officer with Cleveland Municipal Court. The one thing I have learned about myself is, I can do anything I put my mind to. That may sound cliché, but it's true. I will do whatever it takes to be the best at my job, I get along well with coworkers and I have the right attitude. “The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know". Albert Einstein

Work History

Transaction Advisory Associate

Allegro Realty Advisors
05.2023 - Current

In this role I worked with in a team setting facilitating commercial real estate transactions for buyers, tenants, and end users for office and industrial spaces. This included market search, making tour books, building financial analyses, drafting Request for Proposal's, and Letter's of Intent on behalf of our client, and also negotiating on behalf of our client. This involves problem solving skills and offering solutions and while working with the team to do so. Also part of my day to day duties included scheduling meeting with our team, clients, landlords, vendors, etc.

In this role I also read across a plethora of news outlets and listen to many podcasts to stay in the know of what is going on in the market, both locally and nationally.

During my tenure at Allegro, I've completed ten real estate transactions totaling over $5,000,000 million, and one Broker Opinion of Value. Out of those ten real estate transactions, four were acquisitions and the other six were leases.

Supervision Officer

Cleveland Municipal Court
03.2020 - 03.2023
  • Being hired as a Supervision Officer for Pretrial Services, my responsibilities included completing criminal background checks, called Public Safety Assessments, for all defendants going to arraignment court the following day. For example, if John Doe got arrested on Monday, I would run his name and Social Security number in our data system to see if he has a criminal history because he would have court on Tuesday. All Public Safety Assessments are given to the attorneys, prosecutors and judges to help determine the best outcome for each defendant. As a Supervision Officer, I also put together what we call referral packets. Referral packets are created when defendants are given conditions set forth by the judge. An example is Court Supervised Release which is a program in place for the court to monitor defendants while their case in is the pretrial phase, before their case is resolved. In September of 2022, still with Pretrial Services. As a Supervision Officer my duties included weekly phone-in contact with defendants that I’m responsible for supervising. Making sure they are in compliance with the courts orders and making sure they have no new arrests, criminal cases or violations. If my clients do have any of those three, it is my responsibility to make the court aware and then it is up to the assigned Judge to decide what is best decision.

Soccer Trainer

Bay Village
08.2021 - 06.2024
  • Having coached previously at TCSC, my childhood soccer club, I was in familiar territory. Nonetheless, this second go-around- at coaching the youth teaches me new things all the time. Bay Village is a small close knit community that has a passion for soccer and winning and having a competitive spirit naturally, this made what I was doing fun. Coaching travel soccer versus coaching club soccer is different in a more enjoyable way. the primary goal of all soccer program travel or club is to make each child better at soccer, but for travel we still emphasize 'fun' and crating that experience for the kids and families. This taught me how to create that balance both professionally and persoanally and gave me new perspectives to coaching that I didn't have previously.

Private Security

Apex, Willow, Safe Choice
09.2021 - 01.2023
  • Working Private security, we have contracts with different companies and organizations around the greater Cleveland area. For Apex Security, I worked at First energy Stadium for all Cleveland Browns home games and any and all events held at the stadium. For Willow Security and Safe Choice Security, my work included various events, recreation centers, hotels, Weddings ext. around the greater Cleveland area. Working private security you need to be aware of your surroundings at all times and keep the public safe from any threats. Also, I really learned how to communicate with people to deescalate situations that started aggressive or confrontational.

Apprenticeship

Simon Roofing
07.2019 - 03.2020
  • As an apprentice for Simon Roofing, my job was to work with the crew and put on new roofs. Every job is different as in the size of the roof, if the roof, and or decking, needs replaced, and what type of roof we are putting on. Everyday we start by bringing all the tools we need on the roof, and we do that by using a forklift. Once we are on the roof with all supplies, we make sure the area in which we are working is completely dry and we use brooms, squeegees, and blowers if it is wet. When we replace the roof and, or decking, which is the metal underneath the roof, we call that a tear off, which we spend the first half of the day doing. Then, the second half of the day we spend putting the new roof on, and we do this in sections. If it is not a tear of and we are just putting a new roof on, we clean the area where we are working and start putting on the new roof. And everything that we do, we always make we are doing it safely.

Soccer Coach

Tri-County Sports Complex
11.2017 - 09.2019
  • Prepared athletes for special competitions and tournaments. Implemented exercise programs and training strategies for individual and team performance. Evaluated individual knowledge, skills, and strengths and assigned team positions. Motivated athletes to improve strength and agility for more effective practices and in game results. Every player is different so it takes time to get to know the players and understand how each player responds to you. Some players respond to yelling and tough love, and some don't. Some respond better when you talk to them in a nicer tone.

Keep track of all player stats and i would email them to the local newspaper. Also help set up drills for practice and line ups for the games.

04.2017 - 05.2017
  • First Step Recovery is a detox treatment facility in Warren Ohio and is the first one in Warren Ohio. They treat all addictions, but specifically treat heroin addiction and crack cocaine, and alcohol. My job there was working in detox which is where the patients go when they are first admitted into the facility. I would ask them why they are here, there history with addiction and other questions that would help me assess their physical addiction and also to see if they need any mental treatment. I would run group sessions twice daily and would read out of the twelve step book and get the clients to open up about their addiction and help in their recovery. I would document everything I did on the FSR system. This would then help us work on a treatment plan specifically catered to each individual.
