• Manage modeling of Arab Bank global processes, policies and procedures (P&P) in, and the related Operations documentation Aris BPM tool while maintaining an updated categorization of such processes, policies and procedures at the Head Office and the countries.
• Ensure all processes flows, policies, and procedures are updated and approved on a timely manner by internal operations and external stakeholders.
