Full Time: 40 hours per week / on site

• Follow all Government approved and provided Circulars , Instructions , Policies, work instructions and provisioning rules when provisioning service requests. Act on behalf of customers to enter service request details into DISAStorefront.
• Review request for completeness and clear requirements, to include funding authorization.
• Develop service orders within configuration management databases such as MetaSolv (MSS), WWOLS, or other tools as furnished and identified by the Government, including access to classified/SIPRNET.

• Responsible for circuit provisioning, circuit engineering, and providing customer service request fulfillment.
• Develop service orders within configuration management databases such as MetaSolv (MSS), WWOLS, and other tools as furnished and identified by the Government.
• Develop Method of Precedence or Procedure (MOP) to detail how circuits are transitioned based on redundancy, hot cuts, and identifies critical dependencies.

• Planned, organized, and implemented the National Test Drives contracts for AT&T.
• Evaluated available improvements and requirements to coordinate upgrades of test equipment.
• Communicated with vendors and partners to address technical issues and provide solutions for the team.
• Facilitated and oversee the performance of 6 Team Leads and more than 30 Field Engineers by planning project maps for the team and maintaining work logs.
• Supervised and reviewed work activity to ensure project requirements are applied.
• Administered the execution of multiple projects, resulting in completing work statement requirements under budget and within deadlines.

• As a Radio Frequency Team Leader, efficiently developed methods and procedures to manage national and international projects.
• Led the implementation of new wireless equipment, and related processes and methodologies to establish accurate benchmarks.
• Successfully executed critical international contracts in Canada, Guatemala, and Mexico.
• Trained Field Engineers on the set up and use of innovative test equipment and network optimization tools such as spectrum analyzer, Rohde and Schwarz network test equipment.
