The role of my position as an RBT was to provide direct therapeutic support and behavioral intervention services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

My position as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta was a customer-facing position that involves providing personalized beauty, recommendations and assistance to customers. They serve as experts in cosmetics, skin, care, hair, care, and progress products available at Ulta beauty stores.

• Created an inviting environment for customers by maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
• Solved customer challenges by offering relevant products and services.
• Collaborated with team members to improve overall store performance, sharing best practices, and offering support as needed.
• Delivered energetic responses to customers in-store and by telephone, going above and beyond to serve their needs.

Offered lightly used clothing, and items from glassware to collectibles and volunteered for Community Food Distribution Day.

Held a Game Night event where individuals donated canned goods to donate to Epps Christian Food Distribution Center.
