• Developed lesson plans that incorporated mandated topics and included immersive activities for student engagement.

-Throughout the school year I did have to make lesson plans and then presents it, I would to a class full of children, which overtime took away my doubt and fear of public speaking and presenting which made it better for my future and now very I'm well capable of presenting without those fears.

• Worked with classroom teacher to learn about current standards and best practices.

- After my teacher would explain I'd ask questions and be engaged if I didn't quite get the understanding, but when I did understand I was able to help my peers understand which gave me a sense of leadership and a better understanding of patience which I could apply that for a futuristic teaching job.

• Encouraged critical thinking and problem solving skills to enable students to step out of comfort zone.

- I once had to apply what I learned with real kids and I read them a book and we did a activity after that, which also helped with confidence and leadership skills of public speaking which I improve everyday!

• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.

-Worked on puzzles with the 5+ kids which taught me patience's and understanding.

• Prepared healthy, age-appropriate snacks and meals.
• Organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room.

-After playing and or eating, its become a habit or picking up after them or sanitizing the area or having them do small things to help clean a bit with me, which even gave me a sense of leadership!

- Providing emotional support and stability.

-After parents leave i"m to comfort each child and help them get settled.
