• Monitor property (patrol buildings, parking lots, events)
• Watch security cameras
• Check IDs and control access (who comes in and out)
• Respond to alarms or disturbances
• Write incident reports
• Call police or emergency services if needed
• Sometimes escort employees to cars at night

Sort and organize packages

• Read labels and codes, then sort packages by destination or delivery route.
• Place them on conveyors, pallets, or staging areas in the right groups.

Load and unload packages

• Move packages in and out of UPS trailers and trucks.
• Arrange them so they don’t shift or get damaged during transport.

Scan and track

• Use handheld scanners to record where each package is and update UPS’s tracking system, helping packages get traced throughout their journey.

Helping customers:

• Answer questions from customers by phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with order tracking, deliveries, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and calmly.
• Explain Walmart policies, product info, pricing, and promotions.

Problem-solving & documentation:

• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions — sometimes escalating more complex issues to other teams.
