Managed the dishwasher, cutting table, and fryer. I was responsible for cleaning the lobby, cleaning the prep areas/stations, call advising, and placing orders.

I stocked and organized aisles and shelves, assisted customers as a Checkout Advocate/ Cashier. I bagged items, and I also cleaned the aisles. Plus being in charge of the dressing room.

I was trained in multiple departments such as Starbucks. I also helped assist customers as a Check out Advocate, Cashier. Including Drive up/ Curbside Pickup. I cleaned and organized aisles.

I transpired client housing assistant cases for the section 8 department of the Housing Authority. Such as case working/ case managing, file documenting, and call advising. As well as educating clients, assisting clients with problems on applications, probing,in addition to paperwork/file handling. I also handled printing/Fax pages, and saving important information to files.

• Assisted clients with technical regulations in regards to resolving tech issues,such as setting appointments, blacked out devices, disabled products,sales, and educating customers on factual information regarding the company policies
• Connected and 'probed' with customers
• Promoted to a higher position, within departments of the company. From iPhone to Mac.

At Hollister I was in charge of the cash register, opening and closing the store.

Made sales on the floor, cleaned the lobby and dressing rooms. I assisted customers with clothing, sizes,and accessories. I also cheerfully persuade customers to join the Hollister’s club cali subscription.
