Manage data flowing into and out of the AMS in collaboration with other UCA departments

Monitor and provide ongoing information on program performance, activity, and prospects
Fields inquiries from UC organizations, payers, and regulatory agencies about database information
Assist with training and support of teammates in use of AMS (Power User)
Support customers in understanding program requirements and processes; including guiding customers through
