Cleaning hotel rooms:

- switching out bedding & comforters

- vacuum floors

- wipe down desks, dressers & tables, mirrors

- mop floors

- take out trash

- clean the bathrooms

- bring in fresh towels and neccessities

- sometimes help downstairs with laundry

Had to start doing monthly online mandatory training

Casino Floor Cleaning:

- clean all bathroom including employee bathrooms

- take out trash from the bins

- empty cigarette ash trays

- mop floors

- restock supplies when needed

- vacuum carpets

- attend mandatory meetings

- clearing and cleaning tables

- taking dishes, plates and cups to dishwasher

- picking up trash and taking it out

- wiping down the tables so their clean

- getting drinks for the guests

- Prepped and provided morning and lunch meals for the kids that attended summer school

- learn to cook meals:

* what temp to cook different foods at

* how long to cook meals or individual foods

* where to store the foods: freezer, fridge, pantry, etc

- learned proper cleaning before and after:

* how to clean pans and trays

* learned how to use a dishwasher

* wiping down the counters before cooking and afterwards

- keep the kitchen clean, clean & wipe down tables after the kids ate

- sweep and mop floors

- had to prep breakfast meals early and be ready between 7-8 (estimated time)

- had to prep lunch by 11am (estimated time)

- prepared snacks for the kids
