Remove boat from mold and carefully lower it in jig. Inspect color way and along side boat for cosmetic defects such as logos, blow holes, scraps or cuts .Scrape away mold exes. Carefully cut out target areas and smooth out sharp edges for safe entry and exit . Check for shape deformities then make all necessary corrections. Lift boat out of jig on to waiting cart, flash it, fill out paper work then roll it down to assembly.
