As one of the founding enablement hires at Kore.ai (a Gartner recognized leader in Conversational & Generative AI), I've designed and deployed end-to-end enablement programs across Sales, CS, SEs, Marketing, and Product. My work spans onboarding frameworks, methodology rollout (MEDDPICCC + Value Selling), skills bootcamps, LMS/CMS infrastructure, playbooks, and ongoing coaching programs- all tied to measurable outcomes and seller productivity.
