I am an innovative and adaptable person in a rapidly changing environment. My urban design and project management studies have equipped me with comprehensive skills to combine the conceptualization and resolution of urban or neighborhood problems with strategic planning and implementation. My studies in New York have given me a good understanding of the urban context of large cities. The constant urban exploration activities in New York have fully cultivated my ability to adapt to unfamiliar conditions. Evaluating various neighborhoods and sites has also greatly helped my ability to analyze space. For problem-solving, I am passionate about collecting a large amount of historical data and real-time information from relevant parties to evaluate the most effective solutions. Studying at NYU has deepened my understanding of urban policy, land use planning and regulatory frameworks, enabling me to effectively identify points of conflict between public and private sector interests. At the same time, helping new international students adapt to life at NYU has honed my leadership and interpersonal skills
My graduate studies have equipped me with the ability to coordinate a team and manage project timelines to ensure that project goals are met efficiently. Because my specific area of study in project management is construction management, I have developed skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making. While working on various projects taught me how to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing circumstances, and remain solution-oriented under pressure.
