  • I was the lead liaison between specialty physicians and patients. I hosted weekly luncheons/marketing meetings with physicians to discuss various new Clinical trials and asked them to refer their qualified patient to take part of trials.
  • Qualified patients were referred to me by specialists, have called me to screen them for various clinical trials, I signed them up, in various trials that match their conditions, counseled them, followed up with their progress together with the nurse.   • I had checked on them to see how they’re feeling both physically and mentally and documented changes that needed to be made. For an example, I made sure they took the trial meds on time daily and they’re following a strict diet and counseled them until the trial is complete and patients were randomized.
  • After patients randomized from the clinical trial, I made sure the doctors got their stipend for the patient referrals that completed the study.
  • I conducted marketing meetings with our lead investigator physician to discuss progress and daily and weekly goals.
  • I was able to reach my marketing goals and quadruple it per term of my 3 years of employment.
