  • As a caffeine extraction operator, I obtained five years in the industrial or food processing industry. Our job was to work overtime and weekends. After the process from the mud tanks, the caffeine would be formed into a powder, which we would put into boxes, to load them onto trucks with the forklifts, and have them shipped to medical and soft drink companies. Another part of my task was to load and unload coffee beans from our sixteen-foot silos into rail train carts.
  • The other responsibility is that we distribute all coffee bean types to the machine roasting and grinding department. That department would grind the beans into ground coffee, which is what most of us drink, and are probably drinking at the moment.
