• Works with the Director of Nursing in managing faculty, resources and administrative processes to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are accomplished.
• Serves as a point of contact with administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
• Supports the recruitment, development, and retention of fulltime and adjunct nursing faculty.
• Works with faculty and student support services to implement and maintain a student success and retention plan.
• Performs recruitment of new hires and participates in new faculty orientation planning and implementation.
• Conducts classroom observations and annual evaluations of faculty and staff as assigned.
• Performs SAP action plans with the students.

• Assists the Program Director and Assistant Dean, Workforce Development with planning, developing, managing, updating, and evaluating all aspects of the program.
• Assists with maintaining on-site student records on site.
• Collaborates with Human Resources to maintain required faculty and staff documentation.
• Ensures course and clinical evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintains teaching load of 50% in skills lab, sim lab, and/or clinical.
• Ensures that clinical assignments, clinical rotation matrixes and calendars are completed one month prior to start of next rotation.
• Oversees completion of student attendance records, skills check-off forms, and program data collection in maintained according to policies.
• Participates in student advising activities.

• Make continuous efforts to improve quality of instruction by reviewing and utilizing different and innovative methodologies / techniques in teaching.
• Demonstrate or willing to acquire skills for utilizing online activities as enhancers to course content/material during interactive teaching and learning.
• Maintain student records of attendance, grades, and skills check-off forms and assist with program data collection that meet set due dates and deadlines.
• Teach both lecture content and clinical rotations.

• IV cannulation, Endo-tracheal, tracheal and oral suctioning, jejunostomy and nasogastric tube feeding, arterial blood gas analysis, insertion of naso-gastric tube, foley’s catheterization.

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children diagnosed developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Teach nursing students and the staff nurses. Responsible for designing, implementing, evaluating, and revising educational programs for nurses. Overall in-charge of nursing services in a hospital. Assist administrator in recruiting nursing staff. Responsible for counseling and guidance of sub-ordinate staff.

• Initiate, facilitate and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students .
• Evaluate and grade students' class work, laboratory and clinic work assignment.
• Contributed educational and clinical expertise to help optimize training courses and boost student learning.
