• Created and implemented a collaborative service plan with the family that included stakeholder's input; build on client's strengths that were realistic, culturally competent.
• Act as a client liaison/client advocate with outside organizations regarding such matters as education, healthcare, housing, legal issues, and other collateral agencies to ensure the needs of the children and families are met.
