This role was in development and added to my out-patient and CLT responsibilities. As the role grew it warranted more full-time dedication of a primary position reassigned to another provider for the Marion, IL catchment area.

• Complete e-consultation requests for primary care clinics in the Marion, IL., Evansville, IN., and Kentucky. There was slow growth in the beginning with consistent progressive growth.
• Consults consisted of medication management and treatment recommendations.
