One of the primary SMEs for reporting and data migration supporting the implementation and launch of Dimensions T&A module and working with Grant Thornton consultants to implement Oracle HxM.

Responsible for organising and scoping the report requirements necessary for the implementation which required participating in meetings with colleagues across Payroll, IT, Finance and Operations to understand business needs.

My role involves overseeing the data migration processes, creating import templates, extracting and interpreting data to cleanse, testing processes for multiple streams and collaborating closely with the data architect to ensure the organisation hierarchy and business structure are translated accurately to the new systems.

  • Acting as super-user for existing HR systems Iris Cascade and Zellis (Resourcelink) for over 4,000+ employees across 4 different legal entities, where I am responsible for maintaining back-office system, scheduling system upgrades, testing system functionality in test environments to enable in live and ensuring governance and controls are in place to ensure employees have appropriate access and tools when using various systems.
  • Utilising Iris Cascade built-in report builder and catalogue to design reports for senior leaders and HR support and admin teams to make processes easier by automating reports.
  • Highlighting key risks and escalated any issues to senior leaders as needed.
  • Producing weekly, monthly, and annual MI, Analysis and insight reporting across employee life cycle from multiple internal and external data sources using Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Working with HR Director to distribute MI data to stakeholders across multiple legal entities and build required dashboards on key metrics and KPI’s.
  • Creating and distributing ad hoc reports in line with company’s service level agreements to third parties and internal stakeholders.

  • Liaised and supported data migration and personnel project consultants daily.
  • Assisted consultants in rigorous data cleansing, prepared, extracted, and transformed data from legacy system and carried out analysis using excel to ensure data was compatible with CoreHR.
  • Manipulated large sets of data in legacy system to ensure it was viable in new system.
  • Used Visio to map out organisational structures for the enture company analysing all 60+ synagogues reporting lines and the varied departments/sub departments.
  • Reviewed final migration files, signed off data review strategies ensuring information that was migrated into new system was accurately presented.
  • Successfully, Identified and resolved any discrepancies from a personal details migration file which involved reviewing 1,000+ employees first name, surname, address etc.
  • Worked alongside payroll administrator and data migration consultant to analyse pay discrepancies that arose during trial parallel runs.

Change Management Project

  • Introduced and implemented a term time calculator to rectify term time salary inaccuracies by devising a term time salary calculator on excel which demonstrated how employees would calculate term time FTE Salary and holiday pay.
  • Prevented potential cases being brought against the business by ensuring all term time staff were being paid holiday pay in the new system.
  • I collaborated with external payroll consultant with the configuration of new term time formula into CoreHR.
