Work History
Ph.D. Candidate
Clemson University
Clemson, SC
08.2018 - Current
Modeled task-based spatiotemporal fMRI images and detected active voxels by Bayesian statistics.
Extended the model to complex-valued fMRI images and applied parallel computation, achieving more accurate prediction and computational acceleration.
Developed a complex-valued EM algorithm to keep accelerating the computation, aiming at the integration of all key words in Bayesian analysis to fMRI images: fast, full-brain, complex-valued, spatiotemporal dependency.
Proposed a regression model with the methodology/ algorithm above to analyze the connectivity of brain regions and predict schizophrenia.
