I have been and chef and cooking for over 20 years, mostly cooking for Chinese dishes. During my early career, I worked as a chef for a friend of mind. After two years of learning the dishes, I become a restaurant owner, and been working at my own restaurant until 2022.
1. Cook menu dishes and serve to customers.
2. Manage the restaurant, including cashiers, other chefs, order inventory items etc.
3. Marinate preparation, including marinate for fried chicken, Cantonese roast port, pork chop, chicken fillet, chicken nuggets, orange chicken and more.
1. Cook menu main dish and serve orders to customers. (Orange chicken, Beef broccoli, Lo mein etc.)
2. Food preparation work. (Veggies chopping, meat marinate etc.)
3. Make Cantonese style roast pork from beginning to finish. Slice and serve to customers.
4. Make fried chicken, french fries, fried plantain, eggrolls etc.
